Orders & Discounts

Do you have a discount for first-time customers?
Yes! Sign up for our email newsletter and use code WELCOME10 at checkout for 10% off your first order.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us at hstephens@inklingofgreat.com as soon as possible.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
We work with multiple suppliers, so if you ordered items from different product lines, they may ship separately. Don't worry — you'll receive tracking info for each package.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (free on orders over $50)
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days ($9.99)
  • International (EU): 7–14 business days ($14.99)
  • International (Rest of World): 10–21 business days ($24.99)

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Some of our suppliers are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please contact us before ordering if you have a P.O. Box address.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. Contact us at hstephens@inklingofgreat.com to initiate a return.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I exchange an item?
We don't process direct exchanges. Simply return your item and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

What sizes do you carry?
Sizing varies by product. Please refer to the size guide on each product page for accurate measurements.

Will you restock sold-out items?
It depends on the item. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about restocks and new arrivals.
