Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. As a drop shipping retailer, your orders are fulfilled directly by our trusted supplier network and shipped straight to your door. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. How Our Shipping Works
We operate as a drop shipping business. This means that when you place an order, it is forwarded directly to our third-party suppliers, who then package and ship the product directly to you. As a result:
• Orders may arrive in separate packages if items are sourced from different suppliers.
• Packaging may vary by supplier and may not carry our branding.
• Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been dispatched by the supplier.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
⚠ Note: Processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time. Please allow the full processing window before contacting support about delays.
3. Estimated Delivery Times & Shipping Options
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch (not the date of order placement). Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
We ship to customers worldwide. Depending on your location and order value, your shipment may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival in your country.

Important Notice: Duties & Taxes on Orders Over €150 Orders with a total value exceeding €150 (EUR) may be subject to import duties, customs charges, and/or local taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are entirely the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict, control, or reimburse these fees. Please check with your local customs office for applicable rates before placing your order. |
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
• Refused shipments due to unpaid duties may result in the order being destroyed; in such cases, refunds will not be issued.
• If you are unsure of your country's import thresholds, we recommend checking with your local postal or customs authority.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
• Track your order at any time using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
• If your tracking number does not update within 5 business days of dispatch, please contact our support team.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We are currently unable to ship to the following:
• P.O. Boxes (for certain suppliers — please contact us before ordering if you have a P.O. Box address).
• Certain restricted countries due to carrier or supplier limitations.
• Areas under active trade sanctions or embargoes.
If your order is placed to a restricted address, we will notify you within 2 business days and issue a full refund.
7. Lost, Delayed & Damaged Shipments
Lost or Significantly Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 5 business days past the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact our customer support team. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Resolution typically takes 7–14 business days.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are unable to redirect shipments once they have been dispatched. Losses arising from incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not covered under our lost shipment policy.
8. Free Shipping Promotions
From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. These are applied automatically at checkout and are subject to change. Free shipping promotions apply only to standard shipping methods and to eligible destinations unless otherwise stated. Free shipping does not exclude the customer from potential duties, taxes, or customs charges (see Section 4).
